Technical Specifications

The chassis and other metal components are made of high-strength steel (S500 MC / ST52-3) using a special semi-automatic CO₂/Argon welding machine (Merkle Technology) , Each web plates are integrated , Assembled using a special fixture

3×9 tons(27tons) intra disc brake or drum brake, front axle with automatic lifting function, air suspension system with special shock absorber, Automatic and manual height adjustment capability with rotary slide valve ,Height limitation system (FOX / SAF)

2 speed , Dynamic Capacity 24 tons & Static Capacity 50 tons , operated from the right side, (OMS)

Landing Legs

2×7 and 15 Pole quick release connector, 24 volts system, rear and side light with LED type according to European Standard UNECE R48, E20 and E9, equipped with SMCG (ASPOCK)

Electric System

Two double acting diaphragm brake chamber for each two rear axles and two single acting diaphragm brake chamber for lifting axle ,EBS System (Electronic Brake System) with ABS (Anti-lock Brake System) and RSP (Roll Stability Program) Disc and Drum, park release emergency valve, reset to ride height function ,KNORR® / WABCO® (Germany)

2 Inch dia. (152 / 162 KN) with special flange, according to SAE standard
