Introduction of New Managers at Khodrosazan Shokoufa Sanat Pouya Company
In a ceremony attended by senior executives of Khodrosazan Shokoufa Sanat Pouya Company and Pouyan Industrial Group, three new managers were officially introduced.
Mr. Hossein Karbakhsh was appointed as Advisor to the CEO and Head of Marketing and Sales, Mr. Ali Khaleghi as Manager of Pouya Repair Complex, and Mr. Nima Faghfouri as Public Relations Manager.
According to the Public Relations Department of Pouyan Industrial Group, the ceremony was held in the company’s conference hall with the presence of board members, department heads, and employees.
At the beginning of the session, Mr. Hossein Pouyan, Chairman of the Board, welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance of strengthening the management team to support the company’s development goals.
He stated:
“Considering the company’s development plans, we need capable and creative managers in specialized fields to ensure faster and more precise progress.”
Then, Mr. Hossein Karbakhsh, Advisor to the CEO and Head of Marketing and Sales, introduced his background in the automotive and heavy vehicle industries, emphasizing the expansion of the sales network and stronger customer relationships.
Mr. Ali Khaleghi, Manager of Pouya Repair Complex, outlined his plans for expanding operations in the production and import of new spare parts.
Next, Mr. Nima Faghfouri, Public Relations Manager, referred to his past experience in television advertising and unveiled new strategies for enhancing public communication and brand positioning.
Later, Mr. Hossein Pouyan emphasized the need for coordination and synergy between new and existing managers, saying:
“The new managers must move forward in line with the strategic goals and core values of Pouyan Industrial Group.”
The company founders — Mr. Mohammadreza Pouyan, Mr. Mohammadali Pouyan, and Mr. Reza Rouzkhosh — congratulated the new appointees and called for stronger cooperation between departments.
Also, Mr. Mohsen Mohammadi, Factory Manager, and Mr. Ehsan Dartaaj, IT and Technology Manager, highlighted the importance of teamwork, innovation, and technological advancement within the company.
In conclusion, Mr. Abbaszadeh, CEO of Khodrosazan Shokoufa Sanat Pouya, stated:
