Technical Specifications

The Chassis is made of high – strength steel (S500 MC / ST52-3) using a special semi-automatic CO₂/Argon welding machine (Merkle Technology), Each Flange plates are integrated and 10mm thickness, Assembled using a special fixture

Chassis Constraction

The tank is made of 4 mm thick EN S235JR steel, with a 20-degree dip, End cap thickness 6mm, 3 inlet and 1 outlet door, Complete Penetration welds to prevent leakage, Built in permanent ladder for PM, Design Pressure is 2 bar

3×9 tons(27tons) intra disc brake or drum brake, front axle with automatic lifting function, air suspension system with special shock absorber, Automatic and manual height adjustment capability with rotary slide valve, Height limitation system (FOX / SAF)
